Feedback is crucial to job performance.  Employee satisfaction, morale and productivity can be affected by the nature and quality of the feedback that is delivered in the workplace.  A large component of the coaching process involves delivering crucial and appropriate feedback.  This and other productivity enhancing components of the coaching process can be integrated into the workplace.  We offer two basic types of internal coach development programs.
